What is HIFU and what is it for?

How long does the ultrasound treatment last?

A full facial treatment ranges from 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the area to be treated. Once the session is over, the patient can carry out their daily activities. The redness and any effects produced disappear within a few hours of treatment.

Contraindications of HIFU

People with pacemakers. People with implants or fillers in the area to be treated. Pregnant or lactating women. People with skin diseases that can alter healing, herpes simplex or keloids.

How many sessions does it usually take?
Usually 1 or 2 sessions are needed depending on the degree of flaccidity and biological response of each person that last 30 to 60 minutes, separated by 8 weeks.

 

                             

How many times a year can HIFU be done?
The HIFU method allows you to treat wrinkles and flaccidity, in just 3 or 4 sessions, carried out at intervals of one and a half or two months. The number of sessions will depend on the degree of flaccidity and deterioration of the skin. The effect of the treatment is maintained for approximately 1 year.
